This is what I returned from the hunting grounds of Amsterdam. First off I became a member of the library, immediately took some books with me. Will have to study them tomorrow. After that I decided to head to the stores. they didn’t had a scarf I liked, but they did have these fingertip missing gloves where I was looking for. (My hands get sometimes really cold if I’m running, these will hopefully help for that.) And I fond this awesome IPhone skin. I needed to have it so.. now it’s mine. (It was only 3 Euro, so I see it as a late Christmas present.)
When I got in to the train I was a bit overwhelmed, I don’t know why because three years ago I had to take the train everyday. In Amsterdam I felt a bit better but still nervous. The library was really impressive, they have free Internet and power. Plus there is a restaurant in it. But I didn’t had anything with me to really work there, so I fond my books and left. In the city it self it was very busy. People where everywhere. I don’t really like that, but I will have to learn to live with that. So I entered a couple of stores, they didn’t had anything I liked until I walked into H&M and there I fond the things above.
I do believe that this is a big step forward in my personal development. The first step to make a real journey to somewhere. I just realised in Amsterdam, that I no longer look down at the ground when I’m walking, but straight up, like an equal.
